AFTER three weeks of cancelled play due to weather, it was great for the Bright Tennis Club to get back on the courts this week.

Team Peppermint took on Stringy Bark with Peppermint taking home the win four sets to two.

Darren Ferrier and Rod McCracken lost 2–6 to Craig Thompson and Dene Freelander; Simon Lodge and Charlotte Paton won 6–2 over Harry Pearce and Kellie McConochie, and Ferrier and Lodge won 6–1 over Thompson and Pearce.

McCracken and Paton won 6–0 over Freelander and McConochie; Ferrier and Paton won 6–5 over Thompson and McConochie, and McCracken and Lodge lost 5–6 to Freelander and Pearce.

In the other matches, Candle Bark faced off against Snowgum with a close three sets all but Candle Bark took the win 28 games to 25.

Stuart Robinson and Lauren Bartlett lost 1–6 to Jody Vlahandreas and Chris Pangrazzo; Michael Quirk and Alex Robinson won 6–1 over Will Pearce and Caroline Michie, and Robinson and Quirk won 6–4 over Vlahandreas and Pearce.

Bartlett and Robinson lost 4–6 to Pangrazzo and Michie; Stuart and Alex Robinson won 6–2 over Vlahandreas and Michie, while Bartlett and Quirk lost 5–6 to Pangrazzo and Pearce.
