BRIGHT is currently in the midst of hosting one leg of the paragliding Australian Nationals (SAFA) AAA sanctioned competition for the 2020-21 season.
Called the Bright Open, paragliders from across Australia and further afar have been taking to the skies since last Thursday, January 30, and will be flying everyday until Friday, February 5.
With over 50 pilots confirmed, from no less than six different countries, the event always attracts the crème de la crème from the aeronautically inclined.
So if you’re around Bright over the next few days, look up, because some of the best paragliders in the business will be doing what they do best.
