FREE movement for regional Victorians can’t come soon enough, according to IndI Independent federal member Helen Haines MP. Dr Haines last week supported an idea to expand the current border bubble to include all of regional Victoria but said that decision lies solely with the New South Wales government. “I am very supportive of that border region being expanded to include all of regional Victoria and all of regional New South Wales,” she said.
