MT BEAUTY Winter Olympian Britt Cox has showed promising signs in her return to the world stage after almost a year off.
Competing in Ruka Finland to start the 2020-2021 World Cup season, the Australian champion mogulist put in a strong performance to qualify in fifth, just behind Aussie team mate Jakara Anthony, to make it through to the final.
In the first round of finals, Anthony missed out by the small margin of 0.32 on making it through to the top six super final, finishing in ninth place.
Cox finished in 11th position.
The World Cup tour now heads to the Swedish resort of Idre Fjäll, for a single moguls event on December 12 and dual moguls on December 13.
