A RARE endangered greater glider was released last week by the team at Reach Out Wildlife Australia (ROWA) after being found by Myrtleford residents with inexplicable injuries and far from the creature’s usual habitat.
The glider was found around two months ago in a Prince Street backyard being terrorised by birds before residents intervened and called ROWA, a local wildlife rescue service.
