town pays respects on frosty morning

AN estimated 200-300 attended the Bright dawn service last Thursday, gathering around the clock tower on the clear morning to pay their respects.

The temperature was approximately 2 degrees, so most were well-dressed in beanies, jackets, and a few even had wearable blankets.

Bright RSL vice president Judy Moore began proceedings by welcoming attendees and introducing RSL president Philip Keeghan.
