How long have you lived in Mt Beauty?

I've lived here for six months, coming up from Melbourne. I am originally from Spain, and have been in Australia for nine years.

What do you like about the area?

Everything – the mountains , the river, and the fresh fish available every Thursday.

What do you do?

I work online consulting I.T. so I can work from home.

What are your hobbies and interests?

I love all outdoor activities, I love nature. I have a cold dip in the river early every morning.

Would you like to see any changes?

Yes, I would like to see more young people move to the area.

Where would you take visitors to showcase the area?

I like to walk, so I would take them on the many walking trails here, like the Survey Track and the Pole Track.
