Community grants awarded to four local groups

THANKS to grant funding obtained from Global Giving, Into Our Hands Community Foundation has awarded several community groups with funding to assist with community strengthening and resilience projects.

More than $8000 will be distributed to four local groups to undertake projects to assist with community recovery, fire preparedness, community strengthening and resilience.

The Grant recipients include Whorouly Football Netball Club who will receive $2200 to purchase a 200 capacity pie warmer to support the club with catering and food preparation for community events, disaster response and emergenc...
