Savoys make it 3-0

MYRTLEFORD has maintained its unbeaten start to the season with a come from behind win over Boomers on Sunday.

A double to striker Nagus Henry late in the game was enough to overcome the visitors at Savoy Park.

The Savoys had gone behind inside two minutes when Descha Saisanid put the ball in the back of the net.

Co-coach Jayden Vescio said it was a game of two halves.

“They dominated the first half and I think we had the better of the game in the second period,” he said.

“In some ways I think we won it with our defence and our resolve.
