“EVERYBODY is welcome”.

That’s the message the Myrtleford Ecumenical group is spreading throughout the Myrtleford community in the hope they will go along and join in the fun and magic at this year’s Carols in the Piazza.

Myrtleford Ecumenical group member Marg Goodman said this year’s carols aren’t to be missed.

“We have a lot of fantastic performers this year who are performing both traditional Christmas hymns and all of the favorites including Jingle Bells, Santa Claus is Coming to Town and many others,” she said.

“We have Robert and Katrina from Delizie Café performing, Tracey Hamilton, the Myrtleford P12 College band and representatives from Marian College.” Wanting to create a fantastic festive atmosphere this year, Mrs Goodman said she was hoping children would dress up for the event.

“We want all the children to dress up as anything they like, but we are hoping they will dress up in something Christmassy and come as angels, Joseph, Mary or elves,” she said.
